WEDNESDAY 09/12/2024 A Feast for All People
Scripture: “On this mountain the Lord Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples.” Isaiah 25 Verse 6
Isaiah envisions a grand banquet, a feast prepared by God for all nations. This image points to the abundant blessings of His kingdom and the unity that will come through Christ.
Advent reminds us of the invitation we have to join this feast through Jesus. It also challenges us to extend that invitation to others, sharing the joy and hope of Christ with those around us.
Consider how you can invite others to experience God’s love this Advent season. Whether through an act of kindness or sharing the gospel, you can reflect His generous heart.
Prayer: Generous God, thank You for the invitation to Your heavenly banquet. Help me to share the joy of Your love with others and to live as a reflection of Your generosity. May I always hunger for Your presence. Amen
