TUESDAY 03/12/2024: BLESSED AMONG WOMEN
“Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the child you will bear!” – Luke 1:42
Elizabeth’s declaration to Mary highlights the blessing of being chosen by God. Mary, a humble young woman, was chosen to carry the Savior of the world. Elizabeth acknowledges God’s work in Mary’s life and celebrates it.
Advent reminds us that God chooses ordinary people to fulfil extraordinary purposes. Like Mary, we may feel unworthy or unprepared, but God’s calling is based on His grace, not our ability.
Reflect on how God is calling you this season. Perhaps He is calling you to love more sincere, serve more faithfully, or trust Him more fully. You are blessed when you respond to His call.
PRAYER: Father, thank You for Your grace that calls and equips me for Your purposes. Help me trust Your plans and embrace the blessings in my life. Use me to glorify You this Advent. AMEN
