Foto Obe PhillipsObe Phillips counselling aims to be an instruments of care, healing and growth by helping you to develop means to find the answers for what is most difficult in your life.

Answers to people’s life questions are mostly hidden within themselves, we just need a mediator to bring them out.  I believe a person just needs a trustworthy person to talk too a catalyst to discover the hidden plan of action.

Pain, sadness or anger

I want to emphatically listen to your difficult life issues. Most people encounters situations in life that can throw you completely out of balance. Maybe you are stuck in your pain, sadness and anger. Maybe pain from the past relations that continues to play a role in your life.

You can experience life as threatening and help seems far away. You don’t know how to approach difficulties, questions and developments in your situation from your set of beliefs. Sometimes people around or close to your immediate setting cannot offer any or not enough help.

If you talk about it, gaining a deeper insight and maybe you find the solution within yourself.

You can share your story

I want to be a listening ear for you, someone with empathy you can share your story with. Then maybe you need an objective counselor. The goal is to restore the real you, in order to be able to live meaningfully and with trust and respect for yourself.

I believe that all people have the inner ability to change their situation. I want to be your paraclete!
